A deli counter stacked with cured meats and cheese out front leads back into a proper restaurant serving one of the city's more respected carbonaras alongside a wine list long enough to need the staff's help navigating. It runs both as a quick counter stop for a sandwich and a full sit down dinner, and both versions are worth the visit for different reasons. Book the dinner service well ahead, this is one of the harder tables to land in the centre without planning.
